Welcome to the Portsmouth Mental Health Hub

The hub is a team of mental health professionals who provide advice and support to people across Portsmouth who are struggling with their mental health.
We help people who are feeling low, anxious, depressed, overwhelmed, people who do not know where to turn and need someone to talk to about how they are feeling.
While we are not a crisis line and we do not diagnose people or prescribe medication, we work with a wide range of healthcare services and charities in the city to ensure that every person we speak to can get the help they need, either through a chat with us or connection with the service that’s right for them.
If you need support with your mental health but you are unsure where to start, call us on 0300 123 6621 between 8am-6pm, Monday-Friday.
