Contacting the Hub

    Anyone aged 16+ can call the Hub on 0300 123 6621

    Your call will be answered by one of our fully trained and friendly team members

    They’re based at St. Mary’s Community Health Campus in Portsmouth

    They’ll ask for your name and why you’re calling (which could be for you, a loved one or someone you work with) – you don’t have to tell them your name if you don’t want to

    The team will talk to you about whatever’s on your mind. If they can support you there and then, they will do

    They might suggest mental health services that can offer you support – you can see more about these on our local services page.

    Or they might connect you to other services such as the council’s cost of living hub, local foodbanks, Advice Portsmouth, housing support and more

    At the end of your call, you’ll be asked if you’d like your notes emailed to you.

    You don’t have to, but if it’s helpful to have it written down, the team will send them across
