DadzChat is an informal meeting, held every Wednesday from 6.30-8.30pm at The Parenting Network Hub, The Bridge Centre Shopping Centre, Fratton.
It’s where all fathers from all walks of life can come together, engage in meaningful conversations, and forge connections with others who are navigating similar experiences.
Whether you’re a new dad seeking advice, or a seasoned parent looking to share your wisdom, you’ll find a welcoming community that celebrates and supports the incredible journey of fatherhood.
There’s no referral, no registration and no charge. Even the refreshments are free.
DadzChat is run by The Parenting Network in partnership with NHS Talking Therapies.
All sessions are peer-led, which means they’re facilitated by people with lived experience – dads from all walks of life.
The Parenting Network understands that the path of fatherhood is both rewarding and challenging. They created DadzChat to provide a safe space for discussion, to share insights, and experiences of being a father.
NHS Talking Therapies provides an extra layer of support too. If you find that you need further assistance in your journey of fatherhood, their qualified professionals are available to offer guidance and additional resources.

No – any man can access DadzChat. You just have to be a current or expectant parent.
