How the service works
Talking therapies involves discussing your thoughts, feelings, and behaviour with a trained professional.
Therapy can be provided one-to-one, in a group, over the phone, or via video call. Depending on your needs and the type of therapy offered, the team will see you for 6–12 sessions. Each session runs for 30 or 60 minutes. Sessions are scheduled at the same time each week.
You can self-refer by completing an online form, or you can ask a healthcare professional to make a referral for you.
